International Security and Cooperation Fellowship Program at Stanford University

    The Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University serves as a forum for scholars and professionals to explore complex international problems and innovative solutions in a collegial and collaborative environment.
  • The CISAC Fellowship Program is an integral part of this mission.
  • CISAC fellows spend the academic year engaged in research and writing and are expected to participate in seminars/workshops and to interact and collaborate with leading faculty and researchers.

Please provide contact information for three (3) individuals who will submit letters of reference on your behalf. Letters should be provided from faculty, advisors, supervisors, managers, or mentors who can comment on your professional and educational goals and potential.
Individuals writing letters of reference on your behalf should submit their letters through our online application system if at all possible. However, PDF submissions will also be accepted. Current CISAC fellows MUST include a letter of recommendation from a CISAC-appointed mentor.
Recommenders will receive an email with a unique link to the applicant’s letter of recommendation. Please note that this system does not work with Interfolio. If you plan to submit your letters through Interfolio, please send them directly to cisacfellowship@stanford.edu. All letters must be received within 5 days of the application deadline for your application to be considered.
